So, what does a typical day look like for a Client Services Officer? Whilst we can assure you that no two days will be identical, envision yourself undertaking tasks such as:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to our Financial Adviser;
Conducting research to assist in the preparation of advice documents;
Managing implementation (strategy, investment, and insurance) for our clients;
Assisting in the preparation of client portfolio reviews;
Communicating with clients as necessary;
Addressing client enquiries promptly and effectively;
Updating and maintaining client information using financial planning software; and
Making calls to product providers and Centrelink as required.
Key Selection Criteria
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively;
High attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills;
Professional demeanour, well-presented, enthusiastic and personable;
Previous experience in an administrative role;
Previous experience within a financial planning firm with a proven track record of strategy implementation (preferred);
Proficiency in utilising Xplan software (preferred); and
Full working rights to work in Australia.

Salary will be commensurate with experience; however, an indicative starting range would be: $55,000 - $70,000, depending on your level of experience.
