As a Client Services and Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organisation. You will be responsible for interacting with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders through virtual communication channels, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Remote work environment with flexible working hours.

Interaction with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders through virtual communication channels.

Managing multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.

Provide exceptional customer service and handle client inquiries via various digital channels efficiently.

Maintain and update client records, coordinate virtual appointments, and manage client tickets.

Support clients with Salesforce data administration, including managing reports, dashboards, and preparing service-specific reports.

Support clients with SharePoint site administration, including permissions, document management, site/page/list updates.

General administration duties

Performance Indicators

Client satisfaction and feedback.

Accuracy and timeliness of administrative tasks.

Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

Adherence to company policies and procedures.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will be organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, remote working environment. You should have strong interpersonal skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Technical proficiency in virtual communication tools. Salesforce, SharePoint and Jira experience and advantage but not mandatory (training will be provided).

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks.

Organised and detail-oriented.

Hours and Compensation

This is a work-from-home role with flexible working hours, requiring 20 hours per week. The position is a part-time role on an initial 6 month fixed term contract with the possibility of extending on a permanent basis.
