This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and professional Client Services Officer to join a high-performing team. Reporting to the Client Service Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of exceptional client outcomes by managing onboarding processes, preparing advice documentation, and maintaining ongoing client relationships.

What do you do?

• Manage client onboarding, account applications and implementation of advice
• Maintain and update CRM and client files accurately
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, investment platforms and insurers
• Prepare review documentation and assist with compliance reporting
• Provide a high standard of ongoing service to existing clients

What do you need?

• 2+ years in a similar Client Services or Adviser Support role (ideally in private wealth or financial planning)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience with Xplan (preferred)
• A client-centric mindset and a team-first attitude
