In this role, you will be responsible for performing tasks that are key to the successful implementation and ongoing administration of clients' financial strategies. Working closely with Financial Advisers, you will be required to:

Customer service across inbound & outbound calls

Appointment booking for advisers

Manage client files and administrative functions

Ensure client files are complete and compliant with legislation and licensee standards

Database and workflow management in Work sorted

Manage implementation of advice across investment platforms

Meet and greet clients

Other duties as directed by senior staff

Our Ideal Candidate would possess:

1-2 years' experience as a CSO preferred

Excellent relationship management and administrative skills

Passion for personal growth and a sincere desire to assist clients in achieving their financial goals

A high importance on integrity and ethical conduct

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred

Experience with Worksorted and investment platforms (training provided for the right candidate)
