About the Role
Growth Faculty is seeking a highly organised and digitally-savvy Digital Media Coordinator to join our marketing and content team.
This is a hands-on, junior-to-mid-level role perfect for someone who thrives on campaign planning, content scheduling, SEO optimisation, and performance tracking. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our digital campaigns running smoothly across paid and owned media, ensuring our content not only looks great but reaches the right audience at the right time.

Digital Campaign Coordination
· Support the planning, scheduling, and rollout of digital campaigns across email, social, and paid media.
· Coordinate digital assets including copy, creatives, and approvals across stakeholders.
· Manage campaign timelines, calendars, and task trackers to ensure timely delivery of assets.
· Liaise with content producers, designers, and external partners to keep campaigns on track.
Website Content & SEO Management
· Update and maintain Growth Faculty’s website, landing pages, and event pages.
· Upload and tag digital content including videos, reports, and event replays.
· Optimise page content, structure, metadata, and links to improve search visibility and user experience.
· Monitor SEO performance and implement improvements based on analytics and keyword research.
Reporting & Analytics
· Track campaign performance across email, social, website, and paid platforms.
· Report on KPIs and provide insights to inform ongoing optimisation.
· Assist in A/B testing and experiment design to drive engagement and conversion.
Platform & Process Management
· Maintain internal documentation, including campaign trackers, SOPs, and workflow tools.
· Stay up-to-date with digital tools, trends, and platform updates across the stack.
· Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve campaign efficiency.
Team & Event Support
· Support virtual and live event delivery, including content updates, comms, and admin tasks.
· Assist in content collation and post-event publishing for on-demand platforms.
What You’ll Bring
· 1–3 years’ experience in digital marketing, campaign coordination, or media support roles.
· Familiarity with platforms such as WordPress, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
· Working knowledge of SEO principles and tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
· Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines.
· Analytical mindset with an interest in performance data and conversion optimisation.
· Great communicator, with strong collaboration and time management skills.
· Interest in leadership, business, or media is a plus.
