About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing and travel, looking to further develop their skills across a diverse range of digital platforms.
As the Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, acquisition, and conversions across our three brands. This is a hands-on role working across paid media, website content, email marketing, CRM, social media, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Coordinate paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), media bookings, and creative briefing.
Manage website updates, landing pages, promotional content, and ensure brand consistency.
Build and schedule email campaigns, manage CRM workflows, and basic automation.
Implement A/B testing and support conversion rate optimisation initiatives across digital channels.
Manage and schedule engaging social media content, collaborating with internal creatives for blogs, EDMs, and campaign assets.
Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance to ensure strong ROI and highlight optimisation opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing or marketing coordinator role.
Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and social scheduling platforms.
Confident using analytics and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush or similar) to inform decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable marketing strategies.
Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
A collaborative mindset with a passion for both marketing and travel.
