About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing Team Leader and the Chief of Research & Communications, you’ll be responsible for executing strategic digital campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and engage both patients and healthcare professionals.

You’ll manage end-to-end digital activity across social media, email marketing, paid media, and digital content, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders—including franchisees, clinics, and our global team.

What You’ll Be Doing

🌐 Digital Campaigns & Social Media

Manage and grow ScoliCare’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more

Plan and execute paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads), including testing and optimisation

Collaborate on content creation—visual, written, and multimedia

Support localised social media efforts for Franchise Clinics

📩 Email Marketing

Design and deliver engaging email campaigns via Salesforce Account Engagement

Segment and manage mailing lists for patients and professionals

Monitor and report on campaign performance

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with agency partners and internal stakeholders for campaign execution

Contribute to event promotions, newsletters, and education initiatives

📊 Reporting & Admin

Track performance and ROI using Google Analytics and platform insights

Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and CRM updates

About You

✅ Must-Haves:

2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications

Strong grasp of social media trends, platforms, and best practice

Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, and email marketing tools

Intermediate Adobe Suite skills (InDesign, Photoshop)

Detail-oriented, creative, and technically savvy

Experience with Salesforce Pardot/Account Engagement an advantage
