We are currently seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Coordinator to drive campaign execution, brand engagement, and digital storytelling that brings our services, people, and values to life. Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Develop and maintain a 30-day rolling content calendar aligned with campaigns and events.

Create and schedule engaging posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms.

Moderate community interaction and support audience growth strategies.

Track performance and optimise based on analytics and platform trends.

Email & SMS Marketing

Create and deploy campaigns across multiple client and workforce segments.

Segment databases and automate lifecycle communications.

Measure and improve open rates, CTRs, and campaign ROI.

Content Creation & Copywriting

Attend sites, meet staff, and collaborate with stakeholders to generate content that reflects real Allied values and stories.

Write high-impact copy for campaigns, social media, email, blogs, tenders, and internal collateral.

Ensure all messaging is consistent, professional, and on-brand.

Website & Digital Channel Upkeep

Keep Allied’s websites fresh, accurate, and user-friendly.

Create landing pages, blog updates, and SEO-optimized content.

Collaborate with developers for technical improvements and enhancements.

Support updates on internal systems like Allied EDGE.

Event Logistics

Coordinate promotional materials, signage, and branding for events, webinars, and community activations.

Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to deliver a seamless brand presence.

Assist with pre- and post-event planning, reporting, and execution.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Produce weekly and monthly marketing reports and dashboards.

Measure campaign reach, conversions, engagement, and audience behavior.

Present insights and recommendations to the executive team.

Creative Toolkit Stewardship

Develop templates, style guides, and branded collateral across all Allied divisions.

Train and support teams in using marketing tools to ensure consistency and compliance.

Manage and maintain a digital asset management system.

Continuous Improvement

Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and digital innovation.

Recommend tools, strategies, and improvements to enhance efficiency and impact.

Test new ideas and bring proactive insights to the wider marketing and operations teams.

About You

3–5 years experience in digital marketing (preferably agency or fast-paced in-house environment).

Strong experience in social media management, Google, and content creation.

A confident writer with strong grammar, copywriting, and campaign storytelling skills.

Proficient with digital tools including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS and marketing analytics platforms.

A go-getter with strong time management, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude.
