The Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing activities and creating a positive, engaging and empowering online presence for SFC. This includes strategy creation, executing campaigns, creating content, scheduling, tracking campaign metrics and analysing data.
Key responsibilities will include:
Utilising multiple digital marketing channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok and You Tube to increase visibility and maximise ROI.
Develop and execute digital Marketing strategies for multiple campaigns.
Manage and oversee all social media channels for SFC.
Conceptualise, create, and curate high-quality, engaging content for our social media channels, digital newsletters, website and any other initiatives.
Create and manage online META ad campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and engagement.
Oversee and collaborate with external SEO contractors to develop and implement strategies that enhance website visibility, drive organic traffic, and improve search engine rankings across digital platforms.
Manage and coordinate external Google Ads contractor to create and optimise paid search campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall digital marketing goals to maximise ROI.
Manage our social community by actively engaging and/or replying to customers through comments and direct messages.
Help conduct monthly and weekly planning sessions.
Analysing website performance and user behaviour, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Researching, monitoring and analysing competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
Run monthly analytics reports and provide commentary against trends, patterns and forecasts.
Developing and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of campaigns.
Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals.
Troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring site stability and security.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
High degree of computer literacy.
Two years previous content creation experience managing multiple social media platforms.
Experience/ in-depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, You Tube.
In Depth Knowledge in TikTok in particular.
Creative thinking with a focus on delivering innovative and engaging content.
Your own camera equipment for photography and videos.
Understanding and the ability to interpret Google/digital analytics data and metrics to measure campaign performance and provide meaningful insights from multiple data sources.
Understanding of emerging marketing trends to relevant business opportunities.
Must be independent and highly self-driven.
Must have a high work ethic and be passionate.
Must be open to feedback to support the growth of the company.
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
