About the Role

As the Hire and Service Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact for clients, internal departments, and service providers. Your role is crucial in ensuring our equipment is hired, serviced, and delivered efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities

Answer and respond to incoming phone calls and client enquiries

Liaise closely with the Rental Manager to coordinate daily operations

Book and manage jobs in our fleet management system

Process customer payments and maintain accurate records

Organise transport and logistics for equipment deliveries and pickups

Communicate with the workshop team regarding equipment servicing and repairs

Set up and manage a parts inventory system

Raise and issue purchase orders for parts and services

Allocate all purchases directly to the relevant equipment

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a similar coordination or administration role (preferably in equipment hire, logistics, or related industries)

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Confident communicator with excellent phone manner

Competent in using digital systems and learning new software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
