We are seeking an experienced and proactive Franchise Support Coordinator to join our team at the Franchise Support Office in Moorabbin. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and has a background in corporate event planning and administration.
This role supports a wide range of operational and coordination activities across the Hip Pocket Workwear and Safety franchise group. The successful candidate will bring energy, initiative and strong attention to detail to everything they do.
What you will do:
Coordinate national conferences, training events, virtual meetings and supplier sessions
Manage event logistics including RSVPs, travel, venue liaison, speaker support, run sheets and on-the-day coordination
Provide office administration support including travel bookings, meeting minutes, stock dispatch and team coordination
Support franchisee onboarding, offboarding and store openings.
Assist with internal projects, document preparation and communication across key stakeholders
Maintain accurate tracking systems and manage supplier and stakeholder relationships
What we are looking for:
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Corporate event planning experience, ideally including multi-day conferences
Strong office administration skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
Confidence with computer systems including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn, with a strong focus on getting things done
