A well-established transport and warehousing provider based in Truganina, are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to join their team.
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across both transport and warehouse divisions. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping all key documentation up to date, maintaining compliance, and providing operational support to the team.

The Role

• Maintain and update OH&S documentation and ensure safety registers are current.
• Keep compliance documents accurate and aligned with company and regulatory standards.
• Support daily operations by assisting warehouse and transport staff with documentation needs.
• Run and distribute reports as required by operational management.
• Help streamline processes and drive admin efficiency across departments.

Your Background

• Previous experience in transport, logistics, or warehousing industries.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of OH&S and compliance processes within a transport or warehouse environment.
• Ability to work well across teams and juggle multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general business systems.
