The Opportunity
We're seeking a versatile Operations and Administration Coordinator to play a dual role—supporting Larita Academy/CSR initiatives while also providing direct operational support to the Founder and CSR Program Operations Manager across other LK Group projects. This dynamic role is ideal for a project specialist who loves being agile, has exceptional stakeholder skills, and wants to be right in the thick of meaningful work.
What You'll Do
Larita Academy and CSR Support
- Support the Program Operations Manager in coordinating program delivery across Larita Academy, Larita EmPath™, and Alumni programs
- Provide event support including coordination of suppliers such as venues, catering, and AV
- Manage calendars, team WIPs, and key documentation for smooth day-to-day operations
- Deliver governance support for committees—scheduling, agenda and deck preparation, minutes, and action tracking
- Support Larita graduates and young people involved in our programs and placements
- Assist with social media (LinkedIn and Instagram) and marketing communications
- Manage scholarship processes, contact lists, and program compliance (WWCCs, consents)
- Support stakeholder engagement with youth organisations, alumni, corporate partners, and volunteers
- Assist in preparing operational manuals, newsletters, impact reports, and data analysis
LK Group Operational Support
- Provide administrative support across operational projects
- Assist in coordinating and delivering broader events, initiatives, and projects outside Larita Academy
- Manage stakeholder contact lists, booking and scheduling, run sheets, and office operational needs
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive environment across all work areas
What You'll Bring
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
- Experience in operational support, program coordination, project management, governance, CSR initiatives, executive support, corporate event management or related areas
- Proactive, adaptable approach—thriving in fast-changing environments
- Outstanding organisational and administrative skills
- Confident communication abilities (written and verbal) with attention to detail
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience working with at-risk or diverse communities (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM/databases)
- Valid driver's license
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
