Site Foreman/ Project Manager (Experienced)

Glenview Developments & Construction is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Foreman/Project manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in overseeing new commercial projects including warehouses, multi-story residential building and schools, ensuring quality workmanship and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a crew of carpenters, plasterers assigning tasks and ensuring efficient completion of projects

Read and interpret project drawings and specifications including set-out

Order and manage building materials and supplies

Conduct regular quality inspections and enforce safety regulations

Maintain accurate project documentation

Troubleshoot carpentry and plastering issues and find solutions

Collaborate with other trades on-site

The ideal candidate will possess:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a site foreman with proven leadership skills

Proficiency in all aspects of C&P packages

Have knowledge and experience with James Hardie products and aluminum partition systems

Excellent understanding of building codes and safety regulations

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Ability to plan, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively

Valid driver's license

White Card (or equivalent)

First Aid Certificate
