We’re working with a well-established builder with a reputation for delivering quality projects across SEQ. They’ve just kicked off a $15M project in Cleveland, a $10M multi warehouse build on the coast with other similar projects about to start in the Brisbane area and are looking for either:

A strong Foreman ready to take the next step into a Site Manager role

OR

An experienced Site Manager who wants a long-term future with a reputable team

The Role

You’ll be working closely with a Senior Site Manager who will guide you through the business’s systems, processes, and expectations. This isn’t a sink-or-swim environment – it’s a platform to build long-term success. After the current project (expected to run until March 2026), you’ll step into a leading role on future builds across Greater Brisbane.

About You

You’ve led or helped lead commercial and residential construction sites

You hold a current QBCC licence

You’re proactive, organised, and know how to drive a program
