To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Site Manager / Site Supervisor to join our passionate team and help deliver our projects to the highest standards.

About the Role

As a Site Manager / Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of townhouse construction projects. You’ll ensure each site operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality, budget, and timeline. You’ll coordinate trades, manage subcontractors, and serve as the key liaison between the site and project stakeholders.

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead and support the entire site team, ensuring every project is meticulously planned, executed, and delivered. Your deep building expertise, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to excellence will empower our teams to craft successful, high-quality developments.

Key Responsibilities

We are in search of a seasoned professional who can wear the Site Manager/Supervisor hat with flair and finesse. To thrive in this role, you should:

Show us your ability (depending on your applied role) to manage projects and oversee day-to-day site running, including project programming, budget management, contractor management, and WH&S compliance management, with top-notch performance and efficiency.

Possess the motivation of an innate, proactive management style and the superpower to anticipate and conquer potential issues.

Exhibit an active insight into quality, capable of spotting substandard work from miles away.

Be tech-savvy, with proficiency in various software and programs for seamless workflow and scheduling management.

Excel as an open, consistent communicator, building trust and camaraderie within the team.

Requirements

Boast a commendable track record of at least 3-5 years as a Site Manager/Supervisor, demonstrating prowess in the delivery of medium (10m) to large (100m) townhouse projects.

Hold a valid QBCC Supervisor’s License is mandatory

Demonstrate expertise in project programming, budget control, contractor coordination, and WHS compliance

Possess a proactive management style, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate

Have a sharp eye for quality – capable of identifying substandard work from a distance

Be tech-savvy, with proficiency in construction software and scheduling tools

Sound knowledge of QLD construction regulations and WHS standards

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

Proficiency with site management software and reporting tools (desirable)

Current driver’s licence
