A growing and well-backed construction and development group is looking for two Site Managers to join their expanding Gold Coast team. With a pipeline of architecturally-designed homes, townhouses, and duplexes — this is your chance to take ownership of projects that matter.

The Roles

Our client is hiring two Site Managers:

1. Luxury & Investment Builds:

Hope Island: 19-townhouse development

Sovereign Islands: Premium custom homes with detailed finishes
Ideal for someone experienced in multi-res and bespoke residential.

2. Boutique Residential Projects:

Surfers Paradise - Oversee multiple smaller builds at once
Best suited to a hands-on leader skilled in coordinating trades across sites.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily site operations and subcontractor management

Drive project timelines and ensure build quality

Maintain site safety, compliance, and presentation

Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and clients

Lead inspections, handovers, and defect management

What You Bring:

QBCC Site Supervisor License (mandatory)

Proven site management experience in residential construction

Strong understanding of project programming and sequencing

Keen eye for detail and quality finishes

Ability to manage either one major build or multiple concurrent projects

Proficiency in site management tools (Procore, HammerTech, etc.) highly regarded
