To support our continued growth, we are seeking few candidates for the role of Site Supervisor / Foreman to join our passionate team and help deliver our projects to the highest standards.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to join our dynamic team in Southport and Brisbane. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor project timelines and report progress

Ability to supervise construction activities on-site

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance for site work done

Monitor project timelines and report progress

Resolve site issues and maintain quality control

Manage site quality assurance for site work done

Liaise with site managers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow, to provide updates and resolve issues

Requirements

Have 3–5 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor / Foreman, with a strong track record in delivering medium ($10M) to large ($100M) townhouse projects

Trade background (e.g., carpentry, bricklaying) or relevant construction certification.

Hold a valid QBCC Supervisor’s License is mandatory

Demonstrate expertise in project programming, budget control and contractor coordination

Sound knowledge of QLD construction regulations and WHS standards compliance

Possess a proactive management style, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they escalate

Have a sharp eye for quality – capable of identifying substandard work from a distance

Be tech-savvy, with proficiency in construction software and scheduling tools

Current White Card and valid driver’s license
