Collections Officer required for leading company based in North Sydney. The company provides pay later solutions for advertising in the real estate market.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with customers to negotiate payment solutions and resolve outstanding balances.
• Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional service while securing payments.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on overdue accounts professionally and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure positive customer experiences and successful resolutions.
• Report and management of hardship requests
• Completion of reporting requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in collections, debt recovery, or a similar role.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive financial conversations.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to achieve payment commitments.
• A results-driven mindset with attention to detail and compliance.
