We are seeking a motivated person to join our team as a Sales Administrative Assistant. This role is initially casual, with an additional casual loading of 25% on the advertised rate, but with a view to permanency.
The role encompasses administration support within our Sales team primarily as an assistant to our Sales Executive.
In addition, the applicant must be able to provide relief to our Customer Service team in any capacity needed to cover absences and if any assistance is required at peak times. Accuracy at data entry is essential as are excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously. Cover will also be required in a bookkeeping capacity so experience in this field is essential.
An immediate start is required.
The ideal applicant would be proficient in MYOB, Excel, Word and Triumph however, we would be willing to provide training if the candidate has accounting software experience.
