We are seeking a full time Office All-Rounder to join our team at Compressor Systems based in Bibra Lake, WA. This is a full-time position based in Bibra Lake and would suit someone with previous experience or worked in an industrial environment or similar industry.
Your duties will include:
Answering phones and assisting walk in customers
Process invoices, quotes and payments
Raising supplier's purchase orders
Chasing payment on overdue accounts
Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks
Maintenance of databases and registers
Handle customer and supplier enquiries via email and phone
General administrative duties such as filing, data entry and supporting managers and other departments when required
The ideal applicant would possess the following:
Professional phone manner and excellent communication skills
Have a positive can do attitude
Possess MYOB Skills
Intermediate experience in Excel and Outlook
Previous experience in a similar role
