Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Customer Service & Office Assistant to support our small, fast-paced team in Oakford. This role involves a combination of customer service, general administration, and light creative tasks, with a mix of in-office and remote work available. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer experience. Flexible hours can be arranged.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via our support platform (Gorgias)
Manage order follow-ups, refunds, and ticket tagging (Shopify)
Assist with customer emails and workflow updates
Prepare and send customer care packages or replacements as needed
Provide support with basic Canva tasks (e.g. content resizing, editing)
Assist in scheduling and task tracking using Monday.com
File management and light data entry
General support to the leadership team as required
Key Selection Criteria
Previous experience in customer service or admin (e-commerce experience ideal)
Confidence using Apple devices (Mac, iPhone, iPad)
Familiarity with digital tools like Gorgias, Canva, Monday.com
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and follow through on tasks
A positive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of accountability
Role Details
Location: Oakford, WA (casual | hybrid)
Type: Ongoing part-time role
Hours: 10–15 hours per week, availability required 3 hours per day across 5 days
Start Date: Immediate
Pay Rate: Above award (Clerks – Private Sector Award MA000002), based on experience
Work Environment
You’ll be working within a close-knit, collaborative team in a creative office environment. While we offer flexibility with 2–3 days remote work, the ability to work from our Oakford offices for part of the week is essential.
