A rare opportunity for a full-time leadership development opportunity in the hospitality industry! This role is perfect for someone with drive and passion who is looking to grow their career in hospitality and build a future as a visionary leader.

This role will see you learning all front of house areas, driving great customer service standards, whilst developing your leadership skills and role modelling the vision and values of our club. You will also learn our back of house operations and everything that goes into delivering a memorable customer experience.

Your development will encompass:

A fully funded position in a nationally accredited, industry recognised, hospitality leadership qualification for 12 months.

A traineeship position at a non-traineeship wage! Get paid 20% higher than the first-year trainee award wage for an adult, and even higher for school leavers.

The opportunity to attend courses where you will network with like-minded leaders

Support and coaching through coursework and opportunities to put your theory into practice!

Development in all service areas of the club, including bar, gaming, reception and promotions

Further learning in cellar operations, cash management, developing others, and opportunities for project work

Exposure to our other venues in NSW and the chance to work with our wider team of experienced leaders

Implementing and championing change as part of a progressive and evolving organisation

About you…

You are excited for the possibilities that a long-term career in hospitality can bring! You know what it means to be the “go-to” person and think on your feet; you love being able to problem solve, take ownership, lead, coach and motivate. You also demonstrate:

A passion for a career in hospitality leadership

Excellent communication skills

Strong initiative and ability to make decisions independently

Current RSA and RCG Competency (or willingness to obtain prior to employment)

Flexibility to work rotating rosters, overnight, weekends and public holidays in line with our trading hours
(Our shift hours range from 5am-6am every day)
