A rare opportunity for a full-time leadership development opportunity in the hospitality industry! This role is perfect for someone with drive and passion who is looking to grow their career in hospitality and build a future as a visionary leader.
This role will see you learning all front of house areas, driving great customer service standards, whilst developing your leadership skills and role modelling the vision and values of our club. You will also learn our back of house operations and everything that goes into delivering a memorable customer experience.
Your development will encompass:
A fully funded position in a nationally accredited, industry recognised, hospitality leadership qualification for 12 months.
A traineeship position at a non-traineeship wage! Get paid 20% higher than the first-year trainee award wage for an adult, and even higher for school leavers.
Scheduled time in your roster to attend courses where you will network with like-minded leaders
Support and coaching through coursework and opportunities to put your theory into practice!
Development in all service areas of the club, including bar, gaming, reception and promotions.
Further learning in cellar operations, cash management, developing others, and plenty of opportunities for project work
Exposure to our other venues in NSW and the chance to work with our wider team of experienced leaders
Implementing and championing change as part of a progressive and evolving organisation
The nitty-gritty of the daily duties will include:
Consistently and proactively providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments
Embracing and role modelling our Vision, Mission and Values.
Coach and mentor the team; demonstrating exceptional customer service, supporting training and onboarding, celebrating wins and having difficult conversations and coaching.
Day-to-day management of Club Operations – including opening and closing, cash handling, legislative compliance, grievance handling, managing RSA and RCG incidents, reporting, rostering, stock management and service level management.

(Our shift hours range from 4am-6am every day)
