Bar/Gaming Supervisor – Full Time Position

The Juniors is a thriving family friendly group of Clubs in Sydney with a growing membership and a dedicated focus on junior sport and community. Our Clubs are situated in Kingsford, Maroubra and Malabar. We are seeking a dynamic individual with extensive experience in a leadership role in the Hospitality or Club Industry to join our team.

The Bar/Gaming Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the Club, ensuring superior levels of service are being met at all times. This includes effectively allocating work to and supervising employees in one or more sections of the Maroubra Club, as well as maintaining and complying with all legislative guidelines.

To be considered for the role you must:

Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

Hold current RSA & RCG & First Aid Certificates

Hold current Covid Vaccination Certificates

Have experience in all areas of Club/Pub operations

Demonstrated leadership skills and be solutions focused

Be available to work a rotating roster of 4 days on 4 days off

Have high attention to detail

Be passionate about customer service

Have excellent conflict resolution skills

Coordinate staff to ensure all areas are operating effectively.
