We have long been an established and trusted brand; we currently deploy staff and software to over 800 projects across multifaceted disciplines, supporting projects ranging from $100k to $20+ Billion.
The Role
We’re ready to expand our client base — and we’re looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to identify, engage and secure new clients.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential for extension or permanency. You’ll have the autonomy and flexibility to work your way while helping put Omega 365 on the map.
Key Responsibilities:
Build brand awareness and take our message to market.
Proactively identify and pursue new client relationships through cold calling, networking, and market research.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our client base.
Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
Attend client meetings and industry events — both locally and interstate.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Negotiate and close business deals
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure we exceed client expectations from day one.
The Offer
$120K - $140K salary + superannuation + uncapped commissions + laptop + phone & travel allowances

The Candidate
Proven track record in business development or sales within recruitment, labour hire, or similar
Strong understanding of or connections in the market.
Comfortable actively seeking out new business opportunities.
Confidence in generating leads, winning new clients, and closing deals
A proactive, self-motivated attitude — you're not waiting for leads, you're creating them
Strong communication & relationship-building abilities
Willingness to travel interstate as needed
