Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for storytelling through video, drone footage, and social media? We’re a growing civil construction company based in North Brisbane, and we’re on the hunt for a Marketing & Social Media Content Creator to showcase the incredible work we do—from the ground up.

What You'll Be Doing:

Plan, capture and produce high-quality video content from our job sites using drone and traditional video equipment

Edit and optimise content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Manage and grow our social media presence with regular, engaging posts and stories

Collaborate with project managers and site teams to tell compelling stories about our people, projects, and progress

Monitor social media trends and performance analytics to refine content strategies

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in content creation, ideally within construction, trades, or industrial settings

Drone operation experience (licensing/certification preferred)

Strong skills in video editing

Photography and graphic design skills are a big plus

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Ability to work independently, travel to job sites, and meet deadlines
