Varied role – not just 100% admin at your desk

Ultimo Catering & Events are seeking a team player who wants to be an active and integral member of our corporate catering, functions & events business.

We are a hospitality business & you will be part of the functions team based at our office in Claremont.

THE POSITION:

Coordinating our team of service staff

Booking staff into upcoming functions.

Maintaining accurate records of staff confirmed for jobs & their hours worked.

General admin duties (including inductions for different venues and sites), recruitment, onboarding and training.

Full time in office during peak season (October to December) then a mixture of working from office and working at functions and (training new staff). Manager to arrange times with you.

Reporting to Operation and Staffing manager.

ABOUT YOU:

Team Player

Positive attitude and proactive approach

Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills

Intermediate computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Background in rostering, job placements or recruitment is beneficial.
