We’re looking for an energetic and organised Operations and Admin Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll support key areas of the business including accounts, inventory management, and operational coordination.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Assist with accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and financial admin
Support inventory tracking, ordering, and data entry across our systems
Help coordinate daily operations including scheduling, dispatch paperwork, and internal communications
General office duties: phones, filing, supplier/customer liaison
Provide ongoing support to management and workshop teams
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in an administration, operations, or office support role
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Familiarity with MYOB or other accounting/inventory software
Confident communicator with a proactive, team-focused attitude
High attention to detail and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
