3D Recruitment are searching for an Intermediate Estimator to join a well respected Commercial & Industrial Builder, in the South suburbs of Melbourne.

WHAT YOU GET

• $90,000 - $110,000 + Super Total Salary Package (Depending on experience)

PROJECTS

• Car Showrooms, Warehouses, Logistics Facilities, Factories, Storage Facilities, Service Stations, Child Care centres - ALL D&C Projects
• Projects ranging from $3m - $20m

THE ROLE

• Preparing bill of quantities, gathering quotations and scope of works.
• Read and interpret Architectural & Engineering Drawings.
• Assist with tendering on multiple projects concurrently.
• Work within a team environment as well as operating autonomously.
• Gather and manage the tender documentation ready for submission.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of industry standards and prices.
• complete take-offs

YOU

• Have excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• A desire to learn and push yourself to become better everyday
• Ability to effectively negotiate with subcontractors without undervaluing them
• Essential to have experience as an Estimator in the Melbourne Industrial/commercial construction industry
• Have impeccable time management practices
• Relevant tertiary qualification
