About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and organised Practice Manager to lead daily operations. You’ll support our doctors and team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day to day clinic operations

Lead and support admin and clinical teams

Manage rosters, HR, and staff development

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

Oversee bookings, billings, and patient experience

Work with directors on improvements and growth

About You

Experience managing a busy GP clinic

Strong leadership and people skills

Highly organised with problem-solving ability

Confident with Medicare billing and compliance

Best Practice software experience preferred

Passionate about creating a positive environment
