📍 Located in Clayton our client is a powerhouse distributor of e-mobility scooters and e-bikes.
Full time role: Monday to Friday (Saturday overtime required) 8:30AM to 4.36PM

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Mentoring

Inspire, train and lead a growing team

Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and teamwork

Daily Operations & Workflow Mastery

Manage the full distribution center cycle

Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing & shipping

Inventory Control

Maintain accurate stock levels

Reduce waste, boost efficiency

Process Optimization

Continuously improve workflows and layouts

Drive automation and lean practices

Collaboration & Coordination

Ensure smooth, timely delivery across the board

Bring continuous improvement to the floor

Safety & Compliance

Maintain a safe and compliant working environment

Uphold the highest operational standards

💼 What You Bring:

Proven experience in distribution/logistics leadership

Sharp organizational and communication skills

Confidence with data, systems & team management

A proactive, improvement-first mindset

Forklift License

First Aid Certificate
