Reporting to the Head of Sales – 3PL, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth for our new state-of-the-art 3PL warehouse in Dandenong South. This critical position will play a key role in the growth and success of our 3PL business unit.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the acquisition of new clients and foster long-term retention strategies

Research and analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities

Understand client needs and develop tailored logistics solutions

Build and nurture strategic partnerships within the industry

Develop and execute strategies to enhance our service offerings, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and campaign management

Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximise profitability

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client satisfaction

Ideal Candidate

Minimum of 5+ years experience in 3PL business development or similar logistics sales roles

In-depth knowledge of the 3PL industry and proven success in selling logistics solutions

Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills
