Go3PL is an established, family-owned Third Party Logistics company based in Braeside, VIC, with a combined 37,500m² of warehousing and hardstand storage across multiple sites. We’re known in the market for saying yes when others say no – accommodating oversized, awkward and unusual freight as well as standard 3PL stock. We have a strong digital presence and an excellent referral network thanks to our flexibility, reliability, and service quality.
We’re now expanding again – with a new warehouse and hardstand yard under development – and we’re looking for a high-performing, outbound-focused BDM Sales Manager to join our team and drive new business.
About the Role
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities across Melbourne and beyond. This is a pure sales role, focused on outbound lead generation, relationship-building, and revenue growth.
You’ll be supported with:

Ready-to-use quoting templates
Professional branding and marketing collateral
Highly competitive rates in the market
A strong digital and inbound presence – warm leads transferred directly to you
You’ll also be working closely with our Operations Manager to ensure seamless delivery of services once accounts are won.

What You’ll Bring
Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience, preferably in 3PL, warehousing or logistics
Proven track record of at least $750K in new business annual sales
Self-motivated and driven to succeed – able to work autonomously
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience using CRM systems (we use Zoho – training provided)
Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle for local travel (fuel card provided)
