At Daniel’s Donuts, we’re not just baking Australia’s best donuts and pies—we’re building a national sensation. From one iconic Springvale store to over 40 million donuts sold, we're scaling fast—rolling out into 7-Eleven stores nationwide and expanding our own retail footprint across the country.

Donuts don’t stop here though. We also own iconic wholesale brands like Doughnut Time, Mr Donut, Anytime Donuts, and Bay Bakery, we’re spreading sweet & savoury vibes far and wide. The Role

We’re on the hunt for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager who can lead with precision, purpose, and a sprinkle of fun. This role is all about keeping our warehouse humming, our shelves stocked, and our customers smiling. From inventory systems and dispatch schedules to team management and safety compliance, you’ll be the one ensuring our donuts — and everything else — get where they need to go, on time and in perfect condition.

What you’ll be doing

Inventory Maestro - Keep our stock in check! Run regular audits, avoid stockouts or overflows, and keep inventory records as neat as our jam-filled classics

Logistics Legend - Work hand-in-hand with suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams to make sure everything flows — dough, boxes, and good vibes.

People Leader - Mentor, and support your warehouse crew. Build a strong, safety-first culture where everyone has the tools and training to succeed

Process Optimiser - Streamline our warehouse operations and layouts like a pro. Find efficiencies, cut waste, and keep the operation lean and sweet

Safety & Compliance Champion - From forklift licenses to palletisation standards, you’ll make sure we tick all the boxes (and stack them safely). Food quality and safety? Non-negotiable

KPI Tracker & Fixer - Track and improve performance metrics so we’re always moving in the right direction — fast, fresh, and on target

Customer Experience Hero - Ensure every delivery delights! Timeliness, accuracy, and service quality are your daily goals

Tech Enthusiast - Support our warehouse tech systems to keep operations traceable, transparent, and smooth

Who You Are

Must-Have Experience:

Logistics, ERP systems, inventory & Microsoft Office wizardry

3 yrs + in retail, manufacturing, wholesale or FMCG industry

Excellent communication, planning, and multitasking skills

Proven warehouse team leadership

Strong knowledge of food manufacturing safety & quality standards

Forklift/High Reach Licence

Quicker thinker & calm under pressure

Nice-to-Have Extras:

Experience with Coles/supermarket logistics requirements

Cold storage know-how

EWP Licence
