Role Overview:

As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of Astel Homes. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with experience in the building, construction or real estate industry to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry sales channels.

Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

You will oversee the sales consultant in charge of internal contracts. An understanding of sales agreements and contracts is desirable.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management.

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the building, construction or real estate industry.

Experience in land acquisition and development is desirable.

Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.

Real Estate Licence (RLA) is desirable.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
