The Role
Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for managing existing dealer, distributor and OEM relationships while developing strategies to expand into new markets. Key duties include:

• Organising and attending trade shows, field days and events in Australia and abroad
• Educating customers on product capabilities through training and presentations
• Providing leadership to the sales team and collaborating on new product launches
• Assessing market needs and aligning with product offerings
• Driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives
• Forecasting sales for budgeting and planning
• Liaising with Product/Marketing on strategy and the product team on market requirements

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in agricultural business to business sales, business development and account management
• Ability to identify opportunities and execute growth strategies
• Strong presentation, training and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of the agricultural machinery market highly advantageous
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required

The successful candidate will receive an attractive remuneration package including $120-140K base, superannuation, bonus scheme, phone and laptop.
