Job Description

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead the growth of our Protective Film Division, based in Sydney. This is a highly autonomous role with a flexible working structure (2-3 days in-office per week), perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a results-focused environment.

You will be responsible for building and scaling our protective film offering, initially within the transit industry; however, this may expand to other industries as the opportunity presents. This is a unique opportunity to work with a proven, high-quality product supported by an advanced digital platform and a certified national installation team.

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role you will have/be:

• Drive business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities in target industries.
• Establish, manage, and expand relationships with key stakeholders across transport authorities, government bodies, manufacturers, and commercial clients.
• Promote the protective film solution using a consultative approach backed by real data and case studies.
• Coordinate closely with internal operations, installation, and customer support teams to ensure project delivery excellence.
• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Report on pipeline activity, sales metrics, and forecasts to management.
