About the Role
We’re looking for a self-driven and energetic Business Development Manager to represent myenergi across Sydney and greater NSW. This is a field-based role, where you’ll be visiting installers, electrical wholesalers, and trade professionals daily — educating, building relationships, and driving sales growth.
You’ll be on the front line with our customers, bringing the myenergi brand to life across the installer and wholesale channel.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with solar installers, electricians, EV charger specialists, and electrical wholesalers.
Conduct in-person product demos, trade counter visits, and on-site technical training.
Promote myenergi products through branch activations, trade mornings, and roadshows.
Work closely with the internal sales and marketing team to align local strategies with national campaigns.
Deliver feedback from the field to help refine product positioning and customer support.
Maintain CRM records, customer pipelines, and report weekly on activity and regional trends.
Represent myenergi at industry events, expos, and training days (some interstate travel required).
What You’ll Bring
3+ years’ experience in a field-based B2B sales role, ideally in electrical, renewables, solar or EV markets.
A strong network of installers and wholesalers in the NSW trade or energy sector is highly desirable.
A passion for clean energy and the ability to communicate technical solutions with confidence.
Ability to work independently, plan your territory, and hit monthly activity and sales targets.
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and reporting systems.
Valid Australian driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.
What We Offer
Competitive salary package. Base $80,000 - $110,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance.
OTE $120,000 - $150,000
