About the Role

As our new Business Development Manager, you’ll be the face of JoinCraft identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and working closely with our internal teams to deliver outstanding results. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives on building connections and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the joinery and fit-out sectors

Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, designers, and project managers

Prepare and present tenders, proposals, and capability statements

Attend industry events, site meetings, and client presentations

Collaborate with estimating and project delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience

Contribute ideas for marketing and branding initiatives to support growth

About You

Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (construction/joinery/fit-out experience highly desirable)

Established network within the construction or building industry preferred

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously

Results-focused and driven to exceed targets

Professional, approachable, and genuine passion for building lasting client partnerships
