A proven ability to lead with compassion and accountability is essential.

You will manage daily staff operations, provide performance feedback and coaching, and ensure effective rostering in line with SCHADS Award compliance. Your focus will span across risk and support planning, quality assurance, training oversight, and strategic recruitment, while maintaining a culture of transparency, safety, and inclusion.
