As a Team Leader, you'll be the main liaison between on-ground shifts, clients/SIL Houses, and our Service Delivery Manager, contributing significantly to the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Care and Household Management:

Oversee weekly grocery shopping for clients, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.

Monitor household maintenance and cleanliness, addressing any issues promptly.

Manage client appointments effectively, maintaining organized records and following up post-appointments.

Facilitate staff training and buddy shifts, ensuring new team members are well-prepared and competent in their roles

Managing any staff concerns day to day and liaising with SDM where needed.

Knowledge of and capacity to apply Equal Opportunity and Workplace Health & Safety principles in the workplace.

Medication Management:

Ensure clients' medication is always stocked two weeks in advance, avoiding any disruptions.

Coordinate with staff for medication pickups and script renewals, maintaining thorough documentation.

Provide detailed feedback to the Service Delivery Manager after appointments, ensuring medication protocols are followed diligently.

Review medication charts weekly, addressing any errors promptly and reporting to the SDM for operational adjustments.

Job Details:

Qualification Requirement: 1 or more years experience in team leader role.

Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support (required), plus 1 or more years experience in team leader role

Minimum 2 years experience working with mental health clients, Mental Health First Aid certification preferred

Skills : Leadership, Communication, Proactive

Pay: Competitive rates based on SCHADS

Expected Hours: 24-32 per week, with flexibility and additional hours as needed.

Required Licenses/Certifications: Full Driving Licence, Working with Children Check, NDIS Workers Screening, Police Check, First Aid & CPR.

Work Authorization: Australia (Required)
