The Role
We’re looking for a Technical Customer Support Assistant to:

Answer customer calls and emails

Provide technical support and guidance to builders, architects and designers

Help customers understand product options and solutions

Review and discuss architectural drawings with clients (full training provided)

Prepare and send quotes and invoices

Support the team with general admin

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them choose the right solutions and making sure they get excellent service every time.

A strong communicator who enjoys helping people

Confident on the phone and in email

Comfortable learning and using computer systems

Organised, detail oriented and reliable

Interested in building, design or construction (no experience required — full training provided)

Happy working in a small, collaborative team

3+ years in a customer facing role (customer service, sales, admin or operations)
