We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. This role is dynamic and varied, requiring strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
As part of the selection process, shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a short Excel skills test to assess their proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily operations related to orders, sales, and customer support, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
· Collaborate with the warehouse team to track orders, provide updates, and optimise the fulfilment process.
· Conduct monthly stock audits, identify discrepancies, and work with the accounting team to ensure accurate inventory management.
· Manage stock inbounds, event planning, and stock transfers in coordination with the warehouse and marketing teams.
· Generate and analyse sales reports, ensuring accurate management of customer pricing structures.
· Process and manage orders within our eCommerce platform, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
· Maintain and update customer price files, coordinating rollouts effectively.
· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
· Handle stakeholder inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution professionally and in a timely manner via both phone and email.
Skills & Experience
· High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work autonomously while maintaining collaboration with internal and external teams.
· Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-focused approach.
· Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting (to be assessed via a short test).
· Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

· Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and reprioritise as needed.
· Experience in handling customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently.

Please note, this role will be required in the office 4 days a week with 1 day from home to commence with a view to move to a 3 day office and 2 day home role in future.
