Customer Solutions Partner
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a new Customer Solutions Partner role at Bellbird who is focused on building customer relationships, supporting sales growth, and ensuring the smooth processing and delivery of orders.
Job Summary: Customer service, sales support (including outbound calling), order processing, and after-sales care.

Every order you manage keeps an early-learning centre running smoothly and keeps kids curious. You’ll blend gold-standard service with light-touch sales to grow our share of wallet, without any high-pressure sales.
Where you sit:
Reports to: Customer Solutions Manager
Works with: Customer solutions, Warehouse, Sales and Purchasing teams and Freight partners
Core duties (the 4-5 that matter):
Customer Partnership: Engage with customers through open-ended questions and active listening, offering tailored solutions to help exceed their desired outcomes during the ordering process.
Sales Growth: Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets by promoting/upselling products, and identifying new partnerships or retention opportunities through inbound and outbound calls.
Customer Operations: Onboard customers, process orders via e-commerce, ensure timely delivery, proactively suggest substitutions, and collaborate with internal teams for an optimal customer experience.
Exceptional After-Sale Service: Handle returns, backorders, and delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, while managing order life-cycle in ZOHO CRM.
Rapid Response & Problem Prevention: Provide same-day callbacks, maintain data accuracy & NPS, and proactively address freight delays, back-orders, and returns/credits while logging customer feedback and suggesting process improvements.
Must-have skills & experience:
3-5 yrs in order processing, customer service or admin support—phones, email and systems are your natural habitat.
Proven track record of high data accuracy (think > 99 % right first time).
Confident juggling multiple platforms—CRM/ERP, Excel, online freight portals.
Calm communicator who diffuses problems, not escalates them.
Must have a friendly, customer-first focus with a desire to listen and provide product and service solutions over the phone, in person in the showroom/reception and via webchat.
