About the role

Recoverwise is seeking an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator and Psychosocial Recovery Coach to join our team in Wagga Wagga, NSW. This part-time role will involve working closely with individuals living with various disabilities and mental health conditions to coordinate their NDIS supports and empower them on their recovery journey.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement NDIS support plans tailored to each client's needs and goals

Coordinate the delivery of NDIS-funded services and supports, including connecting clients with relevant providers

Provide psychosocial recovery coaching to help clients build skills, increase independence and improve their overall wellbeing

Advocate for clients and liaise with the NDIA, service providers and other stakeholders to ensure clients receive the support they need

Maintain accurate client records and reporting in line with NDIS and organisational requirements

Contribute to the continuous improvement of Recoverwise's services and support models

What we're looking for

Minimum Cert IV in Community Services (for Support Coordination)

For Recovery Coaching:
Minimum Cert IV in Mental Health, OR
Lived experience of mental health recovery, OR
2+ years paid experience in mental health support

Experience working in regional or rural communities and familiarity with local services in the Riverina region

Strong understanding of the NDIS including its guidelines, Code of Conduct, and Practice Standards.

Demonstrated experience in support coordination or recovery coaching

Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centred practice

Strong literacy and numeracy skills to ensure accurate reporting and budgeting as required.

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Clearance, and Working with Children Check

Valid Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle that is reliable, clean, safe and insured.
