Join a highly regarded investment firm in this unique, high-impact Personal/Executive Assistant role supporting a C-Suite Executive. This position is a sophisticated blend of personal and executive assistance, offering the opportunity to work closely with a C-suite leader and their family, while also providing support to the wider team.

Please note this role is 5 days a week in office with some flexibility around hours.
Key Responsibilities:
PA to C-Suite & Family (60%)
- Take ownership of the Executive's calendar, coordinating schedules, appointments, and daily priorities
- Arrange detailed and often complex domestic and international travel for the Executive and family, including research, bookings, and full itineraries
- Support with a range of personal tasks including errands, shopping, gift sourcing, and coordinating household services
- Manage personal expense reporting and liaise with external contractors and service providers across multiple family properties
- Organise and oversee both personal and professional events for the family, from concept through to execution
- Act as a key liaison for the Executive's philanthropic and community engagements, providing administrative and on-the-ground support
EA & Team Administration (40%)
Schedule meetings, coordinate travel, process expenses and reconcile corporate credit cards for the Executive and investment team
Manage incoming communications and ensure appropriate follow-up
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and manage action items
Support document preparation including reports and presentations
Assist with internal events (e.g., investor lunches, cocktail evenings), including supplier coordination and room setup
Work closely with the broader admin team on general office tasks - guest reception, meeting room logistics, AV, catering, mail etc.
About You:
Minimum 7-9 years' proven experience in a senior PA/EA capacity (experience in financial services advantageous but not essential)
Highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
Exceptional discretion and ability to handle confidential matters with the utmost professionalism
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High EQ and polished presentation - you're calm, proactive and adaptable
Comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders, vendors, and service providers
Tech savvy - proficient in the MS Office suite and familiar with Teams and Zoom
Tertiary qualifications highly regarded
