In this role, you’ll work directly with the Marketing Director—an energetic and strategic leader who values clear communication, initiative, and reliability. This is a unique chance to gain exposure to major campaigns, senior leadership, and global projects. Your role will be pivotal in keeping things running smoothly, through anticipating needs before they arise and acting as a true right hand.

You can adapt quickly when things shift, always staying calm, dependable, and one step ahead—no matter what comes your way.
A snapshot of your role….
· Provide high-level support across all marketing and communications functions, including internal comms, external messaging, press releases, and brand content, while managing the Marketing Director’s diary, scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, and preparing agendas
· Liaise with corporate affairs and PR agencies to coordinate media responses, communication strategies, and project timelines, acting as the key point of contact and ensuring timely follow-up on all actions
· Assist with branding initiatives, including campaign rollouts, brand asset management, and presentation preparation, as well as formatting documents, managing approvals, and ensuring consistent brand messaging
· Manage communication calendars and align messaging across departments to support key marketing events and announcements, while also coordinating travel arrangements, itineraries, and event logistics for the Marketing Director and team
· Coordinate team operations and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of projects across the Marketing and Communications team, including expense reconciliation, inbox management, and maintaining up-to-date records and reports
