We're seeking a talented Sales Support Specialist to join our Equipment Division. In this pivotal role, you'll be the backbone of our sales and marketing teams, ensuring seamless customer interactions, efficient order processing, and critical administrative assistance.

You'll efficiently handle customer enquiries (phone, live chat, email), qualifying and tracking leads in HubSpot before handing them to sales. You'll provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including obtaining vendor quotes, assisting with client quote preparation in DealHub, and scheduling meetings. Your responsibilities also include managing e-commerce orders, coordinating with our warehouse for fulfilment, and collaborating with the marketing team on campaigns, website updates, and brochure preparation. You'll assist with planning conferences, coordinating equipment, and ensuring timely packing and shipping of materials, as well as sending out client communications and supporting tender preparation. You'll skillfully utilise HubSpot, Basecamp, and Microsoft Office to support all sales activities, becoming a knowledgeable expert on our products and delivering outstanding, solutions-focused customer service.

We're looking for someone with proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, exceptional organisational and time management abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You should be adaptable, resilient, professional, and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, especially HubSpot.
