We are a transport company who are currently looking for highly motivated Accounts and Administration personnel to join our dedicated transport team, based in Williamstown Vic, on a full-time basis.
Salary for this position can be negotiated based on experience. Hours will be 8am to 4:30pm per week, Monday to Friday.
This position will be primarily responsible for but not limited to:
- Accounts Receivables
- Accounts Payable
- General Accounts
- Insurance & Compliance Duties
- BAS preparation
- Fuel Tax Credits Management
- Data Entry
- Administrative Duties
About you
We are seeking someone with experience in Accounts and with strong administrative skills. The successful candidate will also have the ability to not only work well within a team environment but also individually, with confidence, professionalism, great communication skills, and the ability to work with customers, suppliers & drivers.
The successful applicant for the role must have the following:
- Strong MYOB Skills
- Strong Microsoft Skills
- Fluent English
- Good Phone Manner
The below is an advantage but not a must:
- BAS Agent for lodgements
- Previously worked in Transport Industry
